Our Mission

Our mission at Michigan Comprehensive Fertility Center is to provide high quality professional care while meeting the needs of each patient in the most sensitive, caring and safest way possible.

Dr. David Magyar and his partner Dr. Maria Hayes were the first physicians in Michigan to perform in vitro fertilization and they succeeded in developing the state’s first in vitro fertilization pregnancy. Doctors Magyar and Hayes were also the first in the state to transfer a frozen embryo.

Dr. Magyar has done research and has articles published on hormonal abnormalities, endometriosis and tubal surgery. Dr. Hayes’ publications include research on in vitro fertilization, endometriosis and hormonal abnormalities.

The services of MCFC are available in two convenient southeast Michigan locations: Dearborn and Clinton Township.

Most patients requiring hospitalization or surgery will be treated at Beaumont Dearborn Hospital (formerly Oakwood Hospital) in Dearborn, Michigan.
Hysterosalpingograms (HSG) are performed at Beaumont Dearborn Hospital and Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Clinton Township, MI
